During the covid 19 pandemic, my heart has turned often towards Italy. It has been incredibly hard hit. It is one of my favourite places on earth and the best way I can remember it with joy, and honor the people who call it home, is to paint it as it is in my memory. Como Cathedral is actually almost white in real life but here is my version ....inspired by how Italy makes me feel....dazzled and alive.
