Light, water, sky and sand. Blue, green, mauve and silver. The colours of the Isle of Harris as the tide rolls out. Here is a place to stop and breath deeply as the crystal clear air and sound of the sea cleanse and refresh the soul. This is a single image made in the camera using subtle movements as I take the picture. As I make these abstract landscapes I have an idea of how the image should look but each time the results are exciting and new.

This heavy weight paper has the most fabulous watercolour paper texture and, with the UV resistant non fade inks I use, it holds colour for a lifetime. Canson-Arches have been making paper for over 450 years and supplied artists like Picasso, Ingres, Miro and Warhol to name but a few. The 10 inks I use for my printing are state-of-the-art non fade Epson Ultrachrome K3 with Vivid Magenta, these give each artwork incredible depth and tone.
