This artwork explores the concept of Apophenia, while the meaning of Apophenia generally is the tendency to perceive meaningful connections between unrelated things. In this instance, we often see connections between different colours. This work is painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

This work is painted with synthetic polymer acrylic and the surface is a professional-grade 12 oz canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is stretched onto an HD stretcher with dimensions 213 cm width by 101 cm in height. The artwork has been painted white on the sides and so does not need an external frame.

This work was created on the 9th day of June 2021
