Woman, abstract… a combination I like to return to. This one’s inspired by images of a Venezuelan model whose video I came across on you tube.
Here I want movement in the pose, loose, flowing paint, and a interesting abstract colour scheme.
This is a lovely paper, convenient size, just the right absorbency for this raw paper, and a thick paper.
The close up pictures offer a better feel for the texture and brush stroke of the painting.
Then there’s the work in progress.
