The girl depicted in the painting is Columbine. The most famous character of the Venice Carnival. She is a servant, a clever manipulator, capable of intrigue, but not vulgar. Columbine became the creator of the fate of her beloved mistress and encouraged others to do tricks. When she flirted with men, she never forgot her insight and her ingenuity. The girl was careful and always had ready solutions for any case of life.
