This seaside scene depicts a young girl collecting ‘treasure’ on a windswept beach. I love to capture children immersing themselves in the wonder of nature and wanted to recreate the flowing movement of hair, fluttering in the breeze.
The subject appears to be so thoroughly absorbed in her task that she is completely unaware of the chill wind on this blustery day.
