The sea, after a strong storm, brought many objects to the shoreline, sometimes very polluting. I was very impressed by two pieces of polystyrene which, being part of a signaling float of fishing nets and having remained for a long time in the sea, had encrusted mussels on them. They created a sculpture halfway between nature and human artifice, as if nature, even if tried by the anthropic presence, always managed to find the way to regenerate itself. I therefore wanted to testify to this strength by making these simple objects an object trouvè, an artistic work sensitive to environmental issues.
