To inject a bit of much needed glamour to his tavern, the landlord of the Cock Inn had decided to rebrand as ‘Cocktails and Dreams’. The local residents weren’t convinced the new name was terribly fitting however, because the landlord’s idea of a cocktail was ale topped up with chamber pot slops, and the only dreams people had was that they wouldn’t die of Dysentery after one of his cocktails. But it was good to have dreams!
