Went to Shoalhaven for a business trip. I got up early and went for a walk along the beach before the sunrise. The path leading up the slope is the starting point of the Gerringong to Kiama coastal walk. Cradled by the mountain range, this part of the Shoalhaven has gorgeous views from every corner. The sun slowly rose above the sea and turned the headland into golden. Magpies lined up on the fence and performed a chorus. Cows roaming on the lush slope rising above the blue sea. Although there is a long day’s working waiting for me, I felt so lucky to start the day with this beautiful morning.
