Original artwork description:

This mixed media painting forms part of an ongoing series of landscape studies. My daily walks sometimes take me along the beaches and marshlands of the Dee estuary but on other occasions I love to walk through the woodlands and fields that look down upon the coastline. The painting was inspired by one such walk.
It has been created on a handmade box canvas and has painted sides so no need for framing. It has been signed on the side, sealed with a matt acrylic varnish and is fitted with chord so is all ready to hang.
