Original artwork description:

Late summer at Runswick Bay on the East Yorkshire coast. I sought to create an expressive image capturing the colours and weather of the day, painting en plein air, using washes of inks to create a tonal base on which pastel was then applied in gestural mark making.
This work is presented double mounted ready for framing. It will be dispatched cello wrapped and carefully packaged in an appropriate strong cardboard box protected by bubble wrap and sent via a tracked courier.
