The Copper Coast along the Celtic sea near Waterford is a unique geological area where copper has been mined from the rock since the Irish bronze age. Green Copper ore can be seen streaking through the blue grey rocks all along this coastline. It's a magical place. The best views are from a kayack where you can explore the seacaves that litter this coastline. This work is inspired by those journeys.
