Original artwork description:

I spotted these three school slightly awkward looking pupils outside a shop in Sketty, Swansea after they had bought their lunch "on the hoof".
I loved how they were posing in their serous, studied, teenage way.
The growing pains of teenage life are much funnier when you are observing them and not going through them. Thus it is a painting that empathizes and sympathizes with it's teenage subjects.
