Clown bleu ( Blue clown ) is an acrylic painting of a female clown in a sky-blue and blue variegated diamond costume, with a pointed hat in shades of light bronze on her head.

This painting expresses the quirky side of certain things and feminine fantasy, as much as the false concern of the female character as clowns know how to feign... The face is deliberately slightly bluish.

Clown bleu is set off by an antique gilded frame engraved with flowers.
