This painting is part of my cloudscape series which focus on the beauty of the sky at different times of the day and various lighting.
In this painting, I attempted to capture the soft light in the sky on a cloudy day. The slightly sunlit land compliments well with the soft yet vivid sky. This was painted in impressionistic style with loose and bold brushstrokes.
