One of a series of paintings trying out clouds and skies, this one is Hove beach very near where I live in the UK. I just wanted a moody painting based on a red/orange - blue/green colour complementary and painted in the sky in one session to avoid overworking it. That's the great thing about living on the coast, The Big Sky.
