Those final moments as the sky glows with warm oranges and hot pink, reflected in the surrounding landscape. In the distance the Sun's glow, almost extinguished, is still the focus as it slowly slips away. The day is over, soon to be replaced with darkness.
Closing Scene is an 24X36" oil on canvas Midwest landscape that will arrive ready to hang as is or you may frame it, if that is your preference. As with all of my paintings; a final coat of varnish is applied after drying, to protect and enrich the piece..
