An infinite number of thoughts are constantly running through each of our heads. It is difficult not only to stop this stream of thoughts, but also to slow them down... Sometimes there are so many of them that they overwhelm our heads and cause chaos in our minds. Our heads are about to explode from them.
At such moments, it helps when we try to stop perceiving the world around us, lock it from us, close our eyes and immerse ourselves in ourselves.
The stream of thoughts will decrease, slow down and purify. Unnecessary, mind-burdening thoughts will dissolve and disappear. Only pure and useful ones will remain, from which we can draw new inspiration, find new paths and solutions.
Our own inner world, locked for a moment, will then reveal to us new possibilities for returning to the outer world and being a part of it, strengthened, calmer and wiser.
