Close Your Eyes Sweetie 12x16 oil painting On loose canvas (comes rolled in tube to be placed in frame like paper)_x000D_ This is painted on pvc canvas and high is incredibly durable and strong. The reason why I use this is because I can crumple the canvas which is an effect I love as it creates hypnagogic hallucinations (explained in my bio)_x000D_ There is no need to iron out creases it is part of the artwork. Just put in a frame I’m a London-based artist, and my work often reflects vivid and surreal imagery inspired by my unique experience with REM intrusion—a condition where dream-like visions can appear while I’m awake. My paintings explore the boundary between waking reality and the dream world, using layered compositions to create a sense of depth and movement. I paint with high-quality materials and put a lot of thought into texture and detail. My process is a mix of intuitive brushwork and deliberate layering, aiming to create pieces that are rich in emotion and invite you to see something new each time you look at them.
