Artwork description:

Clarence Pier is one of a series of original prints based around coastlines. It is based on Clarence Pier in Southsea Hampshire under a stormy sky. A collage is created from a variety of different original prints which is printed onto handmade lokta paper using archival inks. The pier detail is then overprinted by hand using a miniature silkscreen printing frame called a ‘gocco’. The finished print is mounted on somserset cotton rag paper.

The prints comes mounted in an museum quality mount and backboard ready to fit into a standard 12 x 16" frame.


Due to the nature of the process there may be slight variations between prints within the edition. As with all works of art, care should be taken to display away from direct sunlight and excess humidity.
