Original artwork description:

He's a green man on orange background. This is a painting done in both acrylics and watercolour. The support is the backing board of an old framed commercial print. The frame is particularly battered about by a previous owner and seemed to lend itself to a formal style portrait. The painting is in its original frame. This was shown in an exhibition called 'Heist' staged in Exeter in 2011 - a fringe show of the British Art Show 7 in Plymouth. The painting is varnished.

Materials used:

acrylic paint and watercolour
