City on the River is another in the series of urban landscape paintings; It is a dramatic artwork acrylic on canvas size 80 x 60 x2 cm. This is a real statement piece bright, bold and full of colour.
The painting was created with acrylic applied with a palette knife, cloth and card, creating lots of heavy texture in this work. I have used bright bold colours on dark teal background of sky, the moonrises above the city and the lights reflect in the river. The art work is signed on the front sold unframed and ready to hang the sides of the canvas are painted.


this is the brightest painting I've done so far ! it is on deep edge canvas 80x 40 x5 cm, the painting extends around the sides.
