Watercolor sketch “City of Kagli. Italy” was painted from life during my plein air travel in Italy in 2019.

After the watercolor festival in Fabriano, I cycled to the watercolor festival in Raphael's hometown, Urbino.

Towards the evening of the first day of the journey, I drove through the city of Kalya. He opened up to me completely unexpectedly. It is located on a hill and looks like a walled city. Having driven a little from the city, I put up a tent, and the next day I went to explore the city, which inspired me a lot and I drew it.

The work was painting by professional Italian watercolors Maimeri Blu on 100% cotton watercolor paper 300 g/m2, which guarantees the durability of the preservation of the work under proper storage conditions, decorated under glass.

All the funds raised from the sale of my paintings are used to make my dream of a mobile workshop based on a minibus come true. Now I travel the world on a bicycle, it is very exciting, but for greater productivity I need a minibus in which I will live, travel and paint.
