Original artwork description:

This Oil Pastel on Black Paper drawing was done “en plein air“ from our hotel balcony on the third evening of our stay. The whole first evening while I was drawing I didn’t see this tower because it was hidden in the clouds. A few hours after I had finished drawing I went out onto the balcony to see the view and was amazed to see the tower shining bright and reflecting onto the lake. No sooner had it appeared then it disappeared again into the clouds! So on this evening as soon as I saw the tower appear I started drawing this picture, it just so happened that I was drawing the previous Ida Saou Misty Evening Reflections picture at the time, so I was set up and ready to go. I drew as much as I could and added to it on another evening as the view quickly disappeared! These are just some of the tests and issues when working “en plein air” from a subject.
A note to International Buyers:
Shipping rates have increased in price all around the world due to Covid and other complications. Due to this I have had to increase the the cost of shipping my artworks in line with the Delivery Companies. I will always strive to find the cheapest possible option for the customer (usually my local POST OFFICE EMS Recorded Delivery, but unfortunately they don’t deliver worldwide at the moment) If the amount of shipping charged at purchase is less than the shipping company charges then I will refund the difference to the customer. This refund will be done after the picture has arrived safely and has been accepted.
Any import duties, taxes and charges that may be payable are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please message me to check if this might affect your purchase.
