Original artwork description:
Painted for a competition hosted by the O3 Gallery in Oxford, this was one of my first en plein air paintings. It was a beautiful day but as I was sat in the shade I quickly became totally freezing. When I finished, I emerged from my chilly spot, wearing all of the jumpers, coats and scarves that I had with me, to find everyone else wearing flip flops and shorts. I must have looked totally mad!
It was all worth it though and I hope you like the result.
