Deir-el-Qamar road, Chouf.
This summer I discovered Lebanon. I was very impressed by the beauty of the landscapes, the extraordinary light and the majesty of the mountains. I painted on location some sketches to immerse myself in colours and light. On returning to my studio in France I painted from my sketches a series of paintings whose dimensions are commensurate with the landscapes of Lebanon.

Materials used:

This painting is painted with professional grade oil colours on a primed canvas. I prepare myself my canvases to create a texture specific to my painting needs and to insure them maximum longevity.
