This is a painting in my series about yoga inspired images. The title "Chitti Vritta" means restless mind (or crazy monkey mind as my instructor calls it) in Sanskrit. I depicted the chaos of thought at the top and the settling of the mind as the practice of yoga relaxes and focuses me.
