Original artwork description:

A watercolour and ink painting of a Chinese New Year celebration where several men are twirling and twisting a large paper dragon. This painting comes framed with a signed certificate of authenticity.

The artwork has been professtionally framed in a gold coloured frame with an antiqued effect. There is a close up of the frame in the photo section so you can see the antiqued look. The frame has not been scratched - the lines are part of the antiqued pattern.
