One of my painting as my pseudo : Romain Héjé, when i walk through the garden to the old barn where i paint on sundays when everyone left.
The painted reproduction of a newspaper photography. The subject is a chinese collier or a coal miner who just about came back from a catastrophy underground. He is a survivor. The photography of this bewildered man was taken shortly after the catastrophy. These days as an artist i fell i have to meet in some ways easy to read images. A litle like exorcism... This is the second painting i made from the same image of this chinese man.
