A seaside scene in which several children are playing and walking in the shallow water. The color scheme is characterized by intense blue tones that dominate the water and the sky, with dynamic spatula strokes that suggest movement and light reflections on the water's surface.

The figures are depicted impressionistically, with suggested shapes and vibrant colors such as red, yellow and orange that create a beautiful contrast to the cool blue tones. The reflections of the people in the water are particularly striking.
