Original artwork description:

Another painting just started earlier in the year but just completed, a woodland packed with Cherry Blossom and wild flowers, trees in full Springtime bloom. A layer of wild flowers including pink Poppies decorate the ground. Colourful and joyful, calming and up lifting. Spring is my favourite time of year when colour emerges and new life appears. Contemporary in approach and expressive in application. Inspired by my local walks around Elnup Wood and Fairy Glen, Lancashire. Painted onto a stretched canvas using gold standard acrylics. Sealed with acrylic varnish to seal and protect the surface.
The artwork could be further framed or hung as is.
