Titled : Chasing Light - Original Northumberland Painting By Jennifer Taylor
The woods are alive this time of year with light and colour. Inspired from walks on Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland. One of my favourite places to explore and follow light. One of those places where time stands still. This place in Bardon Mill along Hadrian's wall. This is one of the villages to hike up to Sycamore Gap. Who remembers that famous tree from Robin Hood Prince of Thieves? That shall be in another painting soon. This is such a beautiful part of the world and one you'll often find me, if you haven't ever been, you can capture an essence of it here. Painted with layers of beautiful greens and blues, with warm yellows and browns. Tangled branches in texture along the foreground, give the piece added dimension. Dappled light peeks through the trees. Beautiful to enjoy all year round.
Lovely for both main living and bedroom areas.
