The reference for this yellow rose painting was taken from my backyard. I planted these roses a few years ago and all season they delight me with beautiful flowers and a great smell. I hope you love roses and can feel the great mood that I tried to convey in this painting.

Original painting - painted on a canvas panel. It is made with a palette knife using the impasto technique. The paint has been applied with strokes and the painting has a convex structure.
