As a real comic fan I love speech bubbles because with a few letters or signs you can describe situations or emotions and so many other things. I like them so much that I integrate them a lot in my own language. So here is my tribute to the speech bubbles.
I built a wooden box (MDF) which I coated with aluminum foil to increase the lightpower of the led stripe I installed inside. Behind the cut out letters, symbols or signs of the frontplate I put translucent acrylic glass so the light can shine through. When you plug it in you can choose between different colors or lightprograms using a remote control.
The red glowing dots are cocktail sticks.
