This original painting portrays Charles Leclerc on the streets of Monte Carlo. After several years of trying, Leclerc finally got his hands on the Monaco winners trophy in 2024.
He produced a masterclass all weekend, dominating practice sessions and producing a fantastic lap to get pole position on the Saturday. In the race, he kept his composure to lead from start to finish and claim his first Monaco victory and sixth Grand Prix win overall.
My painting depicts Leclerc flying between the barriers in the swimming pool section. My aim for the piece was to highlight the beautiful looking Ferrari SF-24 and to also visualise the claustrophobic nature of the Monte Carlo circuit, with the car closely surrounded by the vibrant colours of the marshals, barriers and crowd.
