Original artwork description:

Much as I love to paint, sketching, especially in charcoal, remains a great love of mine. Sketch #10181 is carried out in white pastel and charcoal on on buff bristol card. Three coats of fixative have been added to avoid smudging as much as possible. Some variation of this wonderful pose has appeared in several of my paintings but I also think the sketch is an artwork in itself.
