Chapman's Peak drive is one of the most spectacular marine drives in the world. This photo was taken near the top, looking out at the expanse of sea. The all over blue is a result of the film used, it has not been digitally manipulated. This image tests the boundaries of a photograph and a painting and works really well as a large print. It is being printed at 30inch x 30 inch but If you would prefer it as a smaller size, do get in touch for a quote.

A Space of Mind is a series which looks at big, empty and open landscapes. Every landscape has been found and chosen for its unobstructed horizon, void of people and buildings. The feeling of being surrounded solely by nature is known to have its benefits on our mind, which this series carries at its heart, but it specifically looks at the power of an empty horizon. These photos are calming and meant to let our mind wander. They are all taken on a Mamiya medium format film camera which gives the image a special quality.
