This drawing is part of the series Conceptual Ink Drawings, with the goal to create from imagination or by memory.
Some drawings are inspired with natural phenomena, some other with feelings, sensations or ideas.
In this drawing I had the concept of chaos in my mind, but found that is difficult to create chaotic composition, since we tend to put things in order.
Nevertheless, art is operating between order and chaos, sometimes on the border of chaos.
There is a basic shape in this drawing, the shape of human hand. Because its getting smaller and smaller, we can feel the depth of space where shapes dissappear in the rhythm of radiance.
I used black and red ink, and some white ink, and the square format, dimensions
30 x 30 cm, 11 x 11 inch.
