Centricity_213 is an abstract painting that contrasts colors and shapes in a dynamic manner. Not only the color palette (black and white, with some grey) but also free-form shapes in sumi-e ink clash with strong geometric and almost typographic objects and line work. The painting takes inspiration from early 20th century Russian avantgarde / constructivism and japanese sumi-e ink paintings in a novel manner.
