Original artwork description:

This work was inspired by Beethoven's sonata no. 3 for Cello and Piano. A beautiful piece that you can hear on youtube and other internet sources.

For the background, I located some sheet music and covers for this piece. I had them printed and laminated to the back of the translucent mylar. Then the cellist and abstract coloring was painted over the background.

CELLO SONATA NO. 3 is a one-of-a-kind original work of art. It is produced using India ink and acrylic paint. I have stayed with my usual pallet of warm “earthy” colors.
I only sell original work so there will only be one original and no authorized copies will ever be made. The painting is signed on the front and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

This painting will be ready to hang, out of the box. It will be mounted on ½ inch thick foamboard with a two inch border all around. It will have a hanging strip on the back and I include a “monkey hook” for easy attachment to your wall. It can be on your wall within five minutes.
