Two large segments of blue and purple seem to push the upper part of a wooden frame which comes off like the lid of a box. Movement, action, is of great importance in some of my work, a movement in the making, frozen in time, the before and after of which we can guess. It's a sort of temporal ellipse and it's up to the viewer to tell himself the story.
