Cayo Levisa is a beautiful island in Cuba which was discovered by American writer, Ernest Hemingway. It takes 35 minutes to arrive there by boat and upon arrival you are welcomed by 3km of sugar-white sand and crystal clear waters.
The weather was due to change so I waited to capture this moment- the light was still beautiful but the sky was turning moody and the colours in the sky and sea were becoming more subdued. This is why the photograph has a luscious creamy look to it. The colours in this print look milky and rich, and the whites look sharp from the sun- it works beautifully as a large print.
The print is 20 x 13.5 inches and comes in an A2 white window mount board. This means you are able to easily order a standard A2 sized frame once it has arrived with you, making things much easier and cheaper for you. The images above show how it looks with the mount around it and without.
If you have any questions I am always happy to help so do get in touch.
