I think I'd watched an episode of Master of Photography on SKY Arts before this life drawing session. The MoPs where shooting 'ordinary' folk at London fashion week. There were also images of models on the runway. Although this pose was static, I used watercolour brush pens to free-flow the outline. Together with the runs (the paper was held vertically) I wanted to get the feel of a strutting model. Headless because of course it's all about the clothes on the body. Emperor's new clothes here .
The unframed painting is rolled in a tube for delivery. The picture in a frame or mounts is just a suggestion for you. As the image goes to the edge of the paper it is suggested that you put it in a float frame (which sandwiches the painting between two pieces of glass) or spray mount on polystyherine pads in a deep frame.
NB the colour of the picture may be slightly different on your monitor/phone depending on settings.
