If I look closely at dawn or dusk, I often see flocks of birds sunning themselves in a glow of light high in the tallest branches. I like the expressive simplicity of their sillhouette. The figure reposes on a light drenched bed. As an artist I find her feet and hair a delight.

Materials used:

12 oz. cotton canvas stretched over a 1.5"x 2" wooden frame. Oil paint over acrylic size. Wired to hang
