This artwork with five caught fish (river perch and pike) hanging on a stump is painted with oil paints on stretched canvas size 60 x 40 cm. (23,6 x 15,7 inches).
In the work I used palette knife, so the painting turned out to be very textural.
It was a wonderful day. The man hunted fish under water. I looked after the bonfire. Then there was the bathhouse and ear, cheerful conversations and the night sky. Seven years after that day, I painted this artwork and recalled how happy I was on the lake!
