Original artwork description:

Oil on canvas panel of Castle Mey in Caithness, once the Queen Mother's home and now belonging to the King. This is a plain-air painting made from inside the Captain's House, a cottage belonging to the estate which can be rented, it was painted when the wind was too great to place my easel outside. The painting is unframed and comes ready for the buyer to pop into a frame of their own choice, the panel is 24cm high x 30cm wide.
