Sunsets mark the end of the day - and give you the chance everyday, to ask yourself - did I seize the day? Did I enjoy the present? I find it easier to enjoy the present moment at sunset. It is quiet and the colors are beautiful. It is often the only time of the day that I pause and rest. So sunset paintings, like this one, are a reminder to pause, and enjoy the moment.
