Original artwork description:

Since childhood, about 5-6 years old, I have always felt the need to draw and paint. Drawing shapes with one simple pencil and then fill them with colors attracted me like a magnet, like that magical music that you don't want to stop to listening to.
At the beginning it was a mixture of different feelings, some good and others as a way of escape and to ward off my ills. I know now art is a kind of therapy too.
With the passage of time I have been understanding, as mother nature was becoming the main protagonist of my work, that there is nothing better than transmitting the love I feel for this nature that helps me so much. That is why I think that my painting is an attempt to explain this love that I feel for them, which is no different than love for life and all living beings.
What you see it´s what I call a “Dreamed landscape”, not an exact copy of a specific place or a photograph, it's more the feeling that nature transmits me and I paint in a symbolic way.

Materials used:

Acrylic and pastel
