My inspiration for painting this masked carnival lady came from all the colourful costumes when I was visiting Venice during their carnival festival. People in beautiful and flamboyant masquerade costumes filled the narrow streets during the festivities.

Wearing a pink butterfly mask this lady is surrounded by pink butterflies, colourful flowers and feathers on a purple background.

The painting is finished in a high gloss resin which is highly reflective, giving a behind glass look to the piece.

This large, bold and striking artwork will be a talking point in any room.

This colourful carnival woman artwork is 100cm wide x120 cm high acrylic paint on boxed canvas. The sides are painted so there is no need to frame the artwork. The painting comes ready to hang using attached D rings and picture cord.
