Original artwork description:

This Oil Pastel on Brown Paper drawing was done "en plain air" on a day trip to the very special town of Carmel, California. It was my first visit here and as we arrived I was surprised by the unique beauty of the houses and roads that seemed to have been built as part of the surrounding forest. The town centre is full of Art Galleries and has lots of unique architecture. This drawing was done whilst sitting on the beach with family. The waves were quite strong and choppy, creating a lot of white water and mist, which was a nice contrast to the deep blues and greens of the Pacific Ocean.
A note to International Buyers:
Shipping rates have increased in price all around the world due to Covid and other complications. Due to this I have had to increase the the cost of shipping my artworks in line with the Delivery Companies. I will always strive to find the cheapest possible option for the customer (usually my local POST OFFICE EMS Recorded Delivery, but unfortunately they don’t deliver worldwide at the moment) If the amount of shipping charged at purchase is less than the shipping company charges then I will refund the difference to the customer. This refund will be done after the picture has arrived safely and has been accepted.
Any import duties, taxes and charges that may be payable are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please message me to check if this might affect your purchase.
